7 Habits For Women To Tap Into Greater Health and Well-Being

Did you know October is World Menopause Month? Surprisingly, the celebration is in its infancy. It’s just 7 years old, even though menopause has always been a natural part of a woman’s life cycle.

There are even public discussions by employers in the UK to support women as much as they’re supported during pregnancy, and some companies are doing what it takes to be dubbed a “menopause-friendly workplace.”

In the United States, it’s often still your Grandmother’s menopause, and often viewed in a negative light, especially professionally. However, it can be a time of self-reflection, celebration, and designing the many decades of life still left ahead. You can tap into the fountain of youth through your actions.
